The Pink Rose Suite

The Pink Rose Suite is a dedicated breast unit at Grimsby’s Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital. It provides a breast imaging and diagnostic service with follow up imaging for patients, to aid the work of surgical teams across the Trust. The Pink Rose suite has been developed with the support of charitable funds raised in the local area.

The Pink Rose Appeal raised significant funds to enable the development of the enhanced services. The latest addition was much needed new imaging software.

Sarah Lawson, consultant radiographic practitioner at the Pink Rose Suite, said:

"I want to take this opportunity to thank the Pink Rose appeal and all fundraisers that contribute to it. Without them we would have struggled to even purchase the tomosynthesis licence. Those who raise funds for us are the backbone to this suite and it is due to their hard work we are able to continue to improve our services."
