This exciting post will be based at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby* but will require travel to Scunthorpe General and Goole and District Hospitals.

We are recruiting an inspiring individual who is passionate about the area, the NHS, its values and continued importance within our communities. Your role will be to champion the Health Tree Foundation to a broad range of the communities that we serve, to encourage them to partner with us to continually improve the delivery and environments at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Scunthorpe General Hospital and Goole and District Hospital, plus our wide reaching community teams.
Your role will be to ensure that the passion and generosity of local individuals, groups and businesses is transformed into enhanced environments, training, state of the art equipment and those little things that make a big difference.
We realise that these inspirational people deserve more support and that’s where you come in!
As a Health Tree Foundation Community Champion you will work in your hospitals’ community to become the ‘go to’ representative for the charity and the partner that businesses, individuals and groups want to work side by side with. You will be expected to source new income streams for the charity and build a network of supporters that help The Health Tree Foundation to deliver the wishes of our patients, visitors and staff members.
